The Script Kitty Origin
The Script Kitty Foundation began with a simple observation: the skills required to debug complex systems are remarkably similar to the patience required to rehabilitate a traumatized animal. Both require observation, patience, and a willingness to understand the root cause rather than just treating the symptoms.
Founded by technologists and animal welfare advocates, we realized that the tech industry has immense resources that are often inaccessible to grassroots rescue organizations. By bridging this gap, we create a ecosystem where technology empowers rescue, and rescue humanizes technology.
Why Tech & Rescue?
Technology provides the tools for efficiency, outreach, and education. Rescue provides the purpose. By teaching at-risk populations (like prisoners and underserved youth) valuable tech skills through the lens of animal welfare, we build empathy and employability simultaneously.

A world where no animal is left behind due to lack of resources, and where every person is given the tools to build a better future. We envision a network of tech-enabled rescue hubs across the globe, powered by open-source collaboration.
